1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our services to transmit spam, unsolicited marketing messages, or any content that violates carrier regulations or local laws.

2. SMS Text Messaging Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number, you explicitly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Scribe, LLC. These messages may include transactional project updates, automated appointment reminders, account security notifications, direct client communication, and automated payment or internal service financing reminders.

  • Opt-In: Digital consent is collected when you enter your phone number and check the explicit consent box on our online booking, contract, or billing forms at choosescribe.com. For offline clients, consent is established via written service contracts or documented verbal agreement during onboarding. We maintain secure internal digital records of all consent before any messages are initiated.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to our number to universally unsubscribe from all text communications. After you send the message “STOP” to us, our system will automatically send an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you resubscribe by texting START or UNSTOP.
  • Custom Billing Opt-Out: For targeted billing and automated invoice alerts only, users can reply with our custom feature keyword CANCELBILL to pause automated payment notifications while keeping standard project and conversational lines active.
  • Help Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP or INFO for assistance, or email our support team directly at [email protected].
  • Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your specific project activity, billing arrangement, and direct interactions.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Accounts and Security

To access certain features of Scribe, LLC, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scribe, LLC or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates.
